Tank Walls

Coast and Country Water Tanks have an attractive, strong, durable and engineer certified wall profile. Our tank walls are made of BlueScope  Zincalume® and Colorbond® steel which is .65 millimetre TCT (Total Coated Thickness). Our tanks are available in the full Colorbond Range of colours.


Liners

Our Liners are manufactured by Jaylon Industries which are one of the largest liner makers in Australia.  The materials used are manufactured under the strict guidance of ISO 9001 ratings.
Coast and Country Water Tanks utilises .75mm thick Poly Ethylene-co-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) International Standard food grade. This is one of the thickest food grade liners available in Australian made tanks.
EVA is ideal for tank liners as it retains its flexibility, toughness and stress cracking resistance over a wide temperature range. Our liners do not contain Bisphenol A (BPA)

Roof

Coast and Country Water Tanks have an attractive dome roof with a unique engineer certified truss design. This gives you peace of mind in the strength of the overall structure. The trusses are then covered with Corrugated Zincalume or Colorbond roof sheeting. All trusses are fully welded.

Components

All Components fitted to a Coast and Country Water Tank are of the highest quality. Outlets and overflow tank fittings are brass. Attached are ball valves, fire fighting fittings and overflow pipes. We use a 150mm deep mesh leaf catching assembly. The manhole is durable Zincalume and is lockable.
